Small batches, sourced and branded

Custom logo clothing from Istanbul in small batches: we source it, brand it and ship it

Short answer

Custom clothing from Istanbul in small batches: nakis.online adds your logo to ready-made T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, caps, workwear and towels by embroidery or DTF printing, depending on the item, from 10 pieces. Send your own garments or let us source them. Production starts after your approval, and shipping within Türkiye or abroad is agreed in the quote.

Are we a clothing manufacturer?

No, and it is better to say so before you spend time on a request. We are an embroidery and printing workshop: we take ready-made garments and textiles and add your logo. If you were looking for a clothing manufacturer in Türkiye (Turkey) with a low minimum order quantity (MOQ), we can often cover what you need: our minimum order is 10 pieces, and a small branded order usually comes down to garments in your colours and sizes, your logo on them, and delivery.

Garments cut and sewn to your own pattern are a different kind of job. If that is what you need, describe it in your request; whether it can be done is settled in the quote rather than promised here.

A polo shirt, a shirt and a T-shirt, each branded for a different company; the chest logo sits on the left, on the shirt just above the pocket.

Which garments and textiles can we source and brand?

You can send your own garments, or we obtain them for you. The groups below cover the custom apparel we embroider and print. Specific models, colours and fabric weights are agreed in the quote, the time needed to obtain them is added to the lead time, and the sample is made on the garment chosen for the run.

T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies

The classic base for staff, team and event clothing. On polo shirts and sweatshirts the logo is usually embroidered on the left chest; T-shirts and hoodies can be printed or embroidered. We print with DTF; how it compares with the other common methods is explained on our page about T-shirt printing in Istanbul.

Workwear and uniforms

Fleece and quilted vests, softshell and work jackets, shirts, overalls, aprons, chef jackets, scrubs and medical tunics. Embroidery is the natural choice here: it stands up to frequent washing, and a name can be added to each piece in the batch next to the company logo. Our page on workwear and staff uniforms goes through each garment.

Caps, towels and accessories

Caps and beanies, with flat or 3D puff embroidery on the cap front; towels and bathrobes; tote bags, fleece scarves and bandanas; embroidered patches that move from one garment to the next. For hotels, spas and beach clubs, Turkish towels with an embroidered logo have a page of their own.

Why a small batch from Istanbul?

Because 10 pieces is enough to start, and the minimum is the same for caps, polo shirts and bathrobes alike. That makes it practical to outfit a small team, try a design before a larger order, or produce branded clothing and merch for a single event.

Because one workshop runs the chain. When we source the garments, the logo is digitized, embroidered or printed and shipped from the same place, with one written quote, and correspondence in English.

Because the embroidery is done in-house, on Tajima and Barudan multi-head machines with Madeira polyester thread, which keeps its colour through frequent washing. And because you approve a sample on the real garment, so a change to the logo size, a thread colour or the position happens before production, not after.

One practical tip: add a few spare pieces in the common sizes; how a later top-up order counts towards the minimum is set in the quote.

Company merch in small quantities: what can be in the set?

Branded merchandise in small quantities works when the set is built from textiles: T-shirts and hoodies for the team, caps, tote bags for a launch or a fair, patches for jackets, towels for a hotel or a gym. All of them start at 10 pieces and come from the same logo, so a first run of custom merch for a small business, a club or a one-off event does not need a warehouse of stock.

Each product in the set gets its own embroidery file and its own sample, because a cap front, a hoodie and a canvas bag carry the same logo differently; whether several products count together towards the minimum is settled in the quote. Embroidery and printing on fabric are our work, so the set is built from textiles.

Embroidery or print for your logo and fabric?

Both are done in our workshop: embroidery on multi-head machines, print with DTF. Which one suits your logo is decided with you, from the design, the fabric and the quantity. As a rule of thumb: embroidery for polo shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, fleece, caps and towels, and for anything washed hot and often; print for photos, gradients, fine detail and many-coloured designs on T-shirts and hoodies.

A thin jersey T-shirt carries a large print more comfortably than a large embroidered fill, while fleece and terry take embroidery well. Printed items are ready on average 3–5 days after you approve the order, plus the sourcing time if we supply the garments. Unsure? Send the logo and tell us what the garments are for; the quote will suggest one or the other and explain why.

Approving the sample from outside Türkiye

We start production once you have approved the sample; the approved sample is the reference for the whole run. Being outside Türkiye changes only how the sample reaches you.

We embroider your logo on a garment from the order, in the model and colour chosen for the batch. You check the size, the position and the thread colours, then approve it or ask for changes. Whether you see photos, a video or the piece itself sent by courier, and whether the sample has a cost, is agreed in the quote. For printed items, whether a printed sample or a digital preview comes first is settled there too; either way, nothing goes into production before you confirm in writing.

How long from approval to delivery?

The time adds up in three parts:

  • Sourcing: if we supply the garments, the time needed to obtain them, stated in the quote once model, colour and sizes are fixed.
  • Branding: embroidery typically takes 3–5 working days after sample approval for orders of 10–500 pieces; printed items are ready on average 3–5 days after order approval.
  • Shipping: the carrier and the transit time depend on the destination country, and the shipping cost is set in the quote.

Shipping, customs and taxes: what happens at the quote stage?

The batch goes out from our Istanbul workshop to addresses across Türkiye and abroad. There is no single fixed carrier: which courier we use and how long the parcel travels depend on the destination country, and the shipping cost is set in the quote.

Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and depend on the goods and their value. For orders abroad, we go over customs and taxes with you at the quote stage and help you through the process; we are not customs brokers, though, so for the rules that apply to your import, your customs broker or your country’s customs authority is the one to ask. If your paperwork needs details about the garments we source, such as the fibre content or the country of origin, ask in your request; this is clarified in the quote.

What to send for a quote

Write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail; a complete first message saves a round of questions. Please include:

  • your logo file, vector if you have it, and any Pantone references
  • the garments: type, colour and quantity per size, and whether we source them or you send them
  • where the logo goes on each garment, and roughly how big it should be
  • embroidery or print, if you already know; otherwise we suggest one
  • names, if individual pieces carry different ones
  • the delivery city and country, and the date you need the order by

A question about mixed orders

Can one order mix T-shirts, hoodies and caps with the same logo?

Yes. The logo stays the same, but each garment type gets its own embroidery file and its own sample, because fabric and position change the stitching: a cap front is curved and stiff, a hoodie thick and soft, a T-shirt thin and stretchy. Whether different products count together towards the minimum of 10 pieces is settled in the quote; the other general questions are in our FAQ.
